Betsy
Breed:
Rat Terrier
Age: BabySex: Female
Size: Small Description: "Hi Im Betsy! Im an 11 week old Jack Russell Terrier. My hobbies are playing with my brother Jim, who also lives with my foster family, going for walks and being completely adorable. I love kids and havent met a human I dont like! I have met a few boy dogs that I dont like and I will growl at them, but I usually get along well with all girl dogs. I get along great with cats I live with two of them in my foster home. I am definitely a snuggle bug. I love cuddly up with you on the couch and will fall asleep on you. My favorite place is snuggled under your chin or laying curled up next to you in your bed. Oh, I love to have my tummy rubbed too. Every now and then I like to rough house and play tug-of-war; especially with my brother Jim. I love playing with fuzzy toys or anything that squeaks! Ive learned sit, lay down, and Im learning how to walk on my leash. Im doing great with my potty training! I go every time I am taken out and can last from 11:30pm until 6:00am in my kennel at night! Im a very social girl and get really excited whenever someone comes over. I always welcome home my foster mom and dad with lots of kisses when they get home from work. Im spayed so I am ready to be adopted!"
Betsy is a 9 week old rat terrier who weighs 8.2lbs. She is a sweetheart who loves to play and run around. At the moment she is getting used to having human company and living in a home - both of these things she seems to adore. She is also doing really well with housetraining! She actually whines and barks when she needs to go. She also figured out the doggie steps in about 2 seconds! More updates will come as she settles in to her foster home.
