Dogs Needing Homes

Nuisance

Breed: Rat Terrier

Age: Adult
Sex: Male
Size: Small
Description: My name is Nuisance, however my name has no reflection on my personality. I go potty outside and am very quiet and well behaved. I get along with my foster mom's little dogs and I love a good cuddle. You know the kind of cuddle where I can put my head in your neck and take in as much of my owner as I can. I am looking for a person that will poor on the affection and let me know when I am doing things right. I get scared of new places and situations and I just need someone to be patient with me and help me build my confidence. My foster mom is going to start taking me to new places and introducing me to other dogs so I can see that the world is a great place and I don't have to be afraid of it. My foster mom wants me to have a home where my new person teaches me things. She says learning is a good way to bond with my owner and build trust and confidence so I hope my new owner will want to take me to some classes. In return I promise complete love and devotion. Thanks. I hope to meet you soon.

Nuisance (he has had the same name his whole life, we weren't going to take it away from him) is a spunky little energetic terrier with lots of love to give. He is 5 years old, neutered, up to date on shots, heart worm tested, and micro-chipped. His adoption fee is $325.

  • You must fill out an adoption application before you are allowed to meet the animal. Please complete the adoption application located on our website.

  • Small Dog Rescue of MN does not negotiate the adoption fee on our dogs and we must charge sales tax on all adoption fees in order to comply with Minnesota state law. Please note that SDR is philisophically opposed to the idea of buying and selling animals, and we support any future legislation that would remove sales tax from adoption fees. Until then, however, we must charge it.

  • We are offering a microchip placement for your resident dog for small donation to our rescue

  • Please note that we do not have a shelter, and all dogs are in foster homes.
Since we strive to provide the best possible care for our animals, sometimes we cannot answer emails promptly. Please allow 48 hours for us to respond to you.

  • You must be 18 years of age to make an adoption request
