My name is Dublin, otherwise known as the handsome pup with the big ears. I am around 2 years old, we arent exactly sure as I was rescued from a trailer home where I lived with my 4 siblings after our person abandoned us. When I first arrived at Small Dog Rescue I just wanted to curl up in a small ball and hide in the back of my kennel. They really had a hard time getting me to come out and see the world. The world still scares me, but not nearly as much. I sure have come a long way since then. I go in and out of my kennel on my own now (and spend my days in their while my foster mom is at work), and really like to curl up next to my person and snuggle..once I trust them. Life hasnt been so good to me so I still find it hard to trust someone right away. But once I do, I will snuggle, play and go for walks and be your new best friend. I am leary of men, but again, getting better each day at learning to trust them. Children scare me and I would prefer to not be around them. If I could have a well adjusted small dog for a brother or sister that would be helpful. I am getting much better in my foster home, but I am looking for someone who can help me keep learning. Most important is for my new mom and/or dad to be patient with me. I have lots of love to give, I just need to be given the time to become comfortable enough to show it.

Dublin weighs 14 pounds, is neutered, up to date on shots, heartworm negative, and micro-chipped. His adoption fee is $325.
