Dogs Needing Homes
Millie
Breed:
Beagle
Age: AdultSex: Female
Size: Medium Description:
Millie is a very sweet 8 year old Beagle who weighs about 40lbs. Some of the words to describe her would include, calm, gentle, sweet, and of course lazy. Millie just loves attention but she will not smother you with kisses, she is content having her ears scratched and being in your presence. She does fine with her foster mom's one year old baby and young niece but she will try to take food out of their hands! She is a little nervous around big dogs and she is also scared of cats so a home without these two would work best. Millie also loves to be outside in the yard so she would like a home with a fenced in yard. She also loves her walks which is good because Millie is on a strict diet and needs to lose weight! Millie is housetrained and she has the run of the house if her foster mom leaves. She does not like to be crated.
It may take her a little while to warm up to you, but once she is comfortable, Millie will be an easy going, sweet dog.
Millie is spayed and received a much needed dental with bloodwork. She is up to date with shots, heartworm test, and fecal. Millie is also microchipped. Her adoption fee is $330.

- You must fill out an adoption application before you are allowed to meet the animal. Please complete the adoption application located on our website.
- Small Dog Rescue of MN does not negotiate the adoption fee on our dogs and we must charge sales tax on all adoption fees in order to comply with Minnesota state law. Please note that SDR is philosophically opposed to the idea of buying and selling animals, and we support any future legislation that would remove sales tax from adoption fees. Until then, however, we must charge it.
- We are offering a microchip placement for your resident dog for small donation to our rescue
- Please note that we do not have a shelter, and all dogs are in foster homes.
