Joey is a 5 year old Chihuahua that is calm and enjoys attention. He loves to sit in peoples laps and get belly rubs. He is a great companion and enjoys gentle contact with people. Joey loves to snuggle underneath blankets and pillows. He does not like aggressive play with other dogs; however, he enjoys being outside and exploring his surroundings. Joey does not live well with small children, but loves the comfort of older children and adults. He is potty trained but has marked a bit in our home as our dog is trained to go to the bathroom inside. Joey is very loving and is looking for a forever home to give him as much love as he gives out.
Joey was born on Feb 15th, 2004. He's a black chi with some white markings and weighs about 5 or 6 pounds. He really likes to snuggle and be a lap dog, and he lovs belly rubs. They gave him up because his family couldn't be home with him enough and he didn't really care for the kids in the house. They wanted him to go to a quiet home with no kids so he could be happy all the time.
Joey's adoption fee is $350 and includes neuter, all shots, hw test, worming, and micro-chip.
Small Dog Rescue of MN does not negotiate the adoption fee on our dogs. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE TO MAKE AN ADOPTION REQUEST.
Please note that we do NOT have a shelter and ALL animals are in FOSTER homes. Since we strive to provide the best possible care for our animals sometimes we cannot answer emails very promptly. IT CAN TAKE 48 HOURS TO A WEEK FOR US TO EVALUATE APPLICATIONS AND THEN WE WILL CONTACT YOU.

You MUST FILL out an ADOPTION application BEFORE you are allowed to meet the animal per determination of SDR.
