Dogs Needing Homes
Max
Breed:
Papillon
American Eskimo Dog
Age: AdultSex: Male
Size: Small Description:
Max is a year-old Papillon and American Eskimo mix, three quarter Papillon. Max is a high-energy, loving dog who enjoys playing with people, other dogs and toys, especially small tennis balls. Max is a curious dog who enjoys looking out the window, sniffing around the house and going for walks - he wants to know about & explore the world around him. He especially likes playing and walking in the snow.
He has occasional stranger anxiety or anxiousness about loud noises. His foster family is working to correct his barking at these events and he's made great strides in just a week. It doesnt take Max long to build trust and wants to be loved and be with people.
Max's former owners greatly loved him but do to a change in health conditions, they felt they could not properly care for him. It's evident he's been a loved & cherished family pet. Max would most enjoy a home with at least one other dog and children over the age of 10. He is house-broken and kennel trained and listens well. He will be neutered on Jan. 20th.
Please consider giving Max a forever home. His adoption fee is $350.
