Small Dog Rescue of Minnesota (SDR) is an all-volunteer group committed to the rescue, rehabilitation, and placement of dogs 20 pounds and under.

Ollie is one of these dogs it seems we get constant e-mails about... a 4-pound yorkie, cute as can be.  He's social, friendly, easy going, just happy to be with you.  But he's still here.  It's a mystery as to why.

We'd really like to find Ollie a home.  Not just any home, as we have had lots of applications for him.  But the perfect home.

Usually I wouldn't use valuable front page space on a dog who has been getting 200 hits per week - but those 200 hits per week aren't doing this guy much good.  So please: If you know someone who thinks you can only get 4-pound yorkies from some breeder somewhere because they're never in rescue, send them a link to Ollie and prove them wrong.  You know the old saying: "Don't Breed or Buy While Homeless Animals Die", right?
