Hey Everyone!

Here's your friendly reminder to join us tomorrow at the Saint Paul Petland location to let them know that Minnesota will not ignore the fact that they support puppy mills.

About half of our foster dogs currently in our program are from puppy mills and many of you have seen first hand how traumatized they can be. Our rescue is still trying to recover from the financial hit we took getting these dogs the vet care they were in desperate need of at the time of their rescue.

It's because of places like Petland that these mills still exist.

Please come out, even if you can't stay for the entire hour and a half, and stand in solidarity with the dogs.

I'm not going to say "we are their voice" because they communicate their pain, sadness, and anguish clearly. Our job is to make sure that people get the message they're sending.

Tomorrow we'll make sure that Petland in Saint Paul, and their corporate headquarters knows that the people of Minnesota care about dogs, and we won't ignore the fact that Petland is responsible for a whole lot of suffering.

If you can bring a sign, great, If you can't, show up anyway. If you can bring a camera, great! If you can't, show up anyway. If you can bring a friend, great. If you can't.... you know what to do.
