Abby

Abby is a senior toy poodle who would love to be able to live with someone who is home most of the time.  She is a quiet, sweet, good natured girl who hasn't gotten much attention because she is a senior and she is black.  Black dogs are often the last to be adopted and the first ones to be put down in traditional shelters - it's called Black Dog Syndrome.  Because we're a no-kill rescue, Abby is safe and we'll take good care of her until we find a loving person or couple to take over for us... but we're hoping she doesn't have to wait too long!  If you know someone who could use a girl like Abby in their life, have them fill out an adoption application and we'll see if it's a perfect match.
