Molly is Dreaming of a Forever Home
7/1/2010 9:50 AM
Molly, Dreaming of her forever home.

Molly is probably the sweetest dog you can find. She has a few years behind her but she still likes to run and play. Going on walks and chewing bones are her favorites activities. We also warn that she likes to hide socks and shoes. She doesn't chew on them or ruin them she just like to make a little game out of it. She gets along great with all dogs and humans. She is potty trained, too. She can cuddle when you want her to or she can get down and play. She just loves to be near people and make you happy.

Molly has had a bit of a rough life.  When she was first rescued, she was heartworm positive.  Many rescues don't accept dogs who are heartworm positive because the treatment is expensive and takes a few months - during which time the dogs should not be adopted or have any kind of major changes or stressful events.  But Molly came through the treatment gracefully and she is all ready to be adopted.  She truly is one of the most good natured dogs we have ever had come through our program.  And though she is a little rough around the edges, her winning personality shines through and she brings a smile to everyone she meets.
