We're Giving Away A Free Spay! Now Accepting Nominations!
2/23/2010 9:39 AM
In honor of Spay Day USA and National Prevent A Litter Month, Small Dog Rescue of Minnesota is giving away a free spay surgery to a small dog in need of one. We are accepting nominations for the free spay surgery through February of 2010. Here are the details:
* The dog must fit the same criteria for acceptance into Small Dog Rescue's foster program (though the dog will not be brought into our program).
* The spay surgery will be done at one of SDR's affiliate vet clinics.
* Small Dog Rescue will pay for the spay surgery in full, but any extras that may be desired, such as dental, micro-chip placement, etc. would be covered by the dog's guardian.
* To nominate a dog to be the recipient of a free spay from Small Dog Rescue, e mail info@smalldogsminnesota.org with the subject line Spay Day USA Nominee: [Dog's Name] and explain in 500 words or less why you feel this dog should be given the free spay. Include your name and a phone number where we can reach you. Photos of the dog are appreciated, but not required.
