Small Dog Rescue of Minnesota (SDR) is an all-volunteer group committed to the rescue, rehabilitation, and placement of dogs 20 pounds and under.

Our tagline is "Small Dogs, Big Hearts", so we are really excited about Valentine's day, which ia sll about love and celebrating huge hearts.  We'd like to take a moment to appreciate our adopters for opening their hearts to one of our dogs and vowing to love them for the rest of their lives.  We'd also like to thank our incrdibly generous and committed volunteers for showering our foster dogs with all the love they deserve, and often crave, while they are in our care.  We'd like to thank our donors for providing the means for their love for dogs to be expressed in a tangible way, too.  And last but not least - we thank the dogs for always being there to teach us lessons about love.  That's what they do best.
