Start Thinking About Being a Small Dog Rescue Sustainer
1/27/2010 11:04 AM
If you listen to public radio, you probably understand the value of donors who give a set amount to a charity on a regular basis. Often, these donors are called "sustainers" because they are providing gifts over time and allowing the organization to be more sustainable.
Tomorrow, January 28th, Small Dog Rescue is hoping to find 7 individuals who will commit to donating at least $10 per month to our organization. We have one anonymous donor who has committed to donating $30 per month if we can hit this goal, which would mean we would be able to count on enough donations coming in on a monthly basis to cover one neuter surgery per month with no worries at all.
We hope you'll take some time to think about how becoming a Small Dog Rescue of Minnesota sustainer might fit in with your values and goals for 2010. The payments can be automatically withdrawn from your checking account or billed to your credit card to make it easy for you. You would be sent a letter at the end of the year for your tax records.
Just let the idea marinate a little bit and we'll hit you up hard tomorrow :)
