Small Dog Rescue of Minnesota (SDR) is an all-volunteer group committed to the rescue, rehabilitation, and placement of dogs 20 pounds and under.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the Petland demo today.  We had 22 people there showing their support for our request that Petland stop buying puppies and kittens from mills.  We'll have another one soon, so if you missed it this time, you can join us next time.

Say hello to our newest arrival at SDR - Pippi the puppy.  Pippi is a 9 month old Brussels Griffon puppy who wants nothing more than to cuddle on a lap.  She's adorable.  Apply quick, she won't be around long.  (That's my prediction and hope, anyway.  If I see her at another adoption event I might just melt into a puddle and never be heard from again - she is that sweet.)
