Meet Adorabelle the Chihuahua
11/13/2009 2:08 PM
Adorabelle is a 4 year old, 10 pound chihuahua rescued from a puppy mill where she was used as a breeder dog. Adorabelle has already learned how much fun life can really be. She has learned to do steps, likes to play with toys, follows the other dogs to the door when someone is coming in, likes to sleep under the blankets (or in a dog bed), she runs happy laps when we get home, and she gives kisses. Adorabelle would make a GREAT addition to a family with other dogs. She seems to open up quickly and her ears perk up when she sees the other dogs. She is a very sweet girl who was kept as a breeder dog in a puppy mill in Nebraska until she was surrendered because the mill owner got in trouble with the law.
Also, if you've been thinking about applying to adopt a little dog, stop by our adoption event tomorrow from 11am-3pm in Inver Grove Heights! Details can be found on the events page.
