Small Dog Rescue of Minnesota (SDR) is an all-volunteer group committed to the rescue, rehabilitation, and placement of dogs 20 pounds and under.

Abilyne is a dainty chihuahua who weighs six pounds. Her coloring is a lovely mix of dark gray and dark tan. It is a delight to watch her walk...she prances as if she was in a show ring. She is good about eating her food and enjoys exploring the yard. She is still kind of nervous around people because she came from a big bad puppy mill, but she is making progress! Abilyne will be a wonderful and lovely companion animal as she gains trust.

Abilyne is a 7 year old, 6 pound chihuahua who was used as a breeder dog in a puppy mill until the mill owner was forced to relinquish some dogs. She is spayed, up to date on shots, heart worm negative, de-wormed, on heart worm preventative, just had a dental with 17 teeth removed, had bloodwork done, and is micro-chipped.
